Megan Seely

Megan Seely is an award-winning filmmaker exploring life through dark comedy. Beyond writing, directing, and acting in the festival-favorite MY LOYAL AUDIENCE, she co-wrote THE MAD WHALE, a feature starring Camilla Belle, Summer Phoenix, Dominic Rains, and James Franco and recently released her fiction podcast EVERY YEAR ON MY HALF BIRTHDAY, which she created and stars in with Dan Bakkedahl and Peter Vack.

As an actress, she can be seen in the Filipino-American musical feature THE GIRL WHO LEFT HOME and with Helena Howard in TWIST (premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival and qualified for the 2021 Academy Awards), on which she also served as co-producer. Megan received her M.F.A. from USC.

Alex Coco

Producer

Alex Coco is a filmmaker whose producing credits include Sean Baker’s upcoming film ANORA starring Mikey Madison, which was freshly acquired by Neon and is set for a 2024 release. Prior to that, Alex produced Baker's RED ROCKET which premiered in competition at Cannes in 2021. The film would go on to garner rave reviews as well as an Indie Spirit Award for its lead actor Simon Rex.

Alex also produced THE SWEET EAST, directed by longtime cinematographer Sean Price Williams and starring Talia Ryder, Jacob Elordi, Ayo Edebiri and Simon Rex, which premiered in Directors' Fortnight at Cannes in 2023 and will be released by Utopia in 2024.

Additionally, Alex produced PET SHOP DAYS, the directorial debut of Olmo Schnabel which premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2023 with an ensemble cast that includes Willem Dafoe, Emmanuelle Seigner, and Camille Rowe. He also produced the short films, CHAMP in 2022, directed by Hannah Peterson and POWER SIGNAL in 2023, directed by Oscar Boyson, both of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in their respective years. Other producing credits include the fashion film KHAITE FW21, directed by Sean Baker and the short film COLOURS, directed by Brooklynn Prince. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

 
 
 

Alexi Pappas and Jeremy Teicher

Alexi Pappas is an Olympic runner and an award-winning actor and writer. Alexi co-created and starred in the feature film OLYMPIC DREAMS alongside Nick Kroll, premiering at SXSW 2019, and TRACKTOWN, which was developed at the Sundance Creative Producing labs and premiered at the LA Film Festival in 2016. A Greek-American, Alexi is the Greek national recordholder in the 10,000 meters with a personal best of 31:36 set at the Rio Olympics. Alexi's bestselling memoir-in-essays, "Bravey," with a foreword by Maya Rudolph and blurbs of support from Richard Linklater, Mindy Kaling, Jay Duplass, Allison Bechdel, and others, was published in January 2021 by Random House.


Jeremy Teicher is a writer and director, selected as one of Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces of Independent Film. His most recent movie, OLYMPIC DREAMS premiered to critical acclaim at SXSW 2019 and was distributed by IFC Films. His second feature film, TRACKTOWN, co-directed with Alexi Pappas, premiered at the 2016 Los Angeles Film Festival and was distributed by Samuel Goldwyn Film and Sony International. Jeremy's first feature film, TALL AS THE BAOBAB TREE, screened at over 50 festivals around the world and was distributed by Sundance Artist Services in 2013.

Bryan Mendoza

Cinematographer

B. Rubén Mendoza is a Salvadorian-American cinematographer born and raised in Los Angeles. He has photographed several award winning short films, music videos, and commercials that have aired internationally. He is currently in production on a feature-length documentary focusing on the opioid epidemic in Northern California and recently wrapped the narrative feature WE BURN LIKE THIS. He received his MFA from USC film school and was recently selected as a mentee in the ASC Vision Mentorship Program under Xavier Grobet, ASC. Mendoza is currently participating in Film Independent's project involve.

He is constantly searching for stories that expand his understanding of humanity and our place in the universe. His goal is to create compelling images that support the story honestly.

Bridgett Greenberg

Line Producer

Bridgett Greenberg is a Los Angeles based Writer, Producer, Comedian, and Podcast host.

Bridgett's work as a Producer can be seen on CollegeHumor and Cracked, where she was also a Writer and Performer. In 2015 her spec script for BOB’S BURGERS entitles BOB’S KITCHEN NIGHTMARES made it to the semi-finals of the Austin Film Festival. As a Producer Bridgett has worked on numerous short films that have premiered at prestige film festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival, LA Shorts Fest, and the Seattle International Film Festival. You can also listen to Bridgett talk to comedians about embarrassing childhood moments on her podcast ROUGH STUFF, or geek-out about Dinosaurs on WHAT DINOSAUR REAL GOOD both on the Small Beans Network. Paisley Smith

GAMING CONSULTANT

Paisley Smith is a Canadian filmmaker and virtual reality creator based in Los Angeles, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. She uses interactive technology to tell important stories that need to be felt and experienced.

Smith is the director of Unceded Territories, a VR collaboration with First Nations artist Lawrence Paul Yuxweluptun, that explores the connection between climate change and colonization by pitting a destructive "Super Predator" versus the environment. Unceded Territories had its World Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival Immersive 2019.

Smith also directed Homestay, a VR documentary that deals with cultural understanding and loss. Homestay is nominated for "Best XR for Change" at Games for Change festival 2019.
